Construction
Noise source layers:
- Front wall – perforated, embossed AL sheet with a textured finish,
- Filling: sound-absorbing material – mineral wool protected by a glass veil,
- Acoustic spacer
- Filling: sound-absorbing material – mineral wool protected by a glass veil,
- Rear wall – perforated, embossed AL sheet with a textured finish,
- Riveted AL side covers with elastomeric TR anti-vibration seals
Coatings
Painting:
- Steelworks process: paint coatings for each facing on both sides: two outer layers and one inner layer
- or powder coating with a steelworks primer
Color according to the RAL palette (any color above 800m²)
Anti-graffiti coatings, graffiti removal possible. (optional)
